I am an entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in digital transformation processes. I have led companies based in Europe (Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao), the United States (San Francisco) and Latin America (Mexico City and Bogota). After a decade of passive investment in start-ups, since 2022 I have been actively accompanying the development and growth of some of the companies I co-founded.
I have been CEO of Publicar-Gurú (digital marketing agency focused on SMEs, which consolidated Yellow Pages in 9 Latin American countries), Plenummedia (digital marketing consultancy with presence in Spain and Mexico), Groupalia (local e-commerce company with operations in Spain and Italy) and Panda Security (global cybersecurity software company with presence in 63 countries).
In addition, I have a solid background in investment banking, with experience in the generation and execution of international transactions. I specialize in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and have led the execution of IPOs, privatization processes, bond issues, private equity financing rounds, PIPEs and restructurings.
