As a Venture Partner at Vivid Vision, I help entrepreneurs, scaleups and organizations to drive growth through the development of leadership capabilities, purposeful business models and strong organizational cultures. My approach combines executive coaching, strategic thinking and a deeply human view of change.
I have more than 25 years of management experience in multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg’s, Grupo IFA or Evo Banco, where I have held C – Level positions in all of them.
For more than 12 years I have dedicated myself, in parallel, to executive coaching (with IESE and privately) and to digital and organizational transformation consulting. I am founder of Sky Limits Consultancy in the United Arab Emirates and Oliveira Coaching, with presence in Europe and Latin America. I am also an independent advisor at Chocolates Pancracio and I advise other technology companies.
I am also co-founder of Diary of Stoics, an international community based on practical Stoic philosophy, with a presence on Skool, and co-author of three books: “Choose to Live”, “How to Live 100 Years and Enjoy It” and “Diary of Stoics”. My work integrates coaching tools, neuroscience, stoicism and high impact techniques to achieve lasting change processes.
My education combines studies of ADE (Compluntese), MBA (IESE) and Professional Coaching certified by CTI and Axialent. I live between Abu Dhabi, Spain and Argentina, and I am the father of three daughters.
