As Client Studio Architect at Vivid Studio, I am responsible for the operation and growth of our clients, ensuring quality in the delivery of all our projects. I also lead the creation of proposals for new clients and work on the continuous improvement of our value proposition.
Specialized in project management and innovation consulting, I have been managing digital transformation and open innovation projects for the last 7 years. Previously asset and project management for retail and real estate. I have extensive experience working in international and corporate environments.
I have been part of pioneering projects in the field of open innovation such as Ports 4.0, the first entrepreneurship and innovation program specific to the tradetech field that has completely transformed the Spanish logistics-port sector, accelerating more than 130 innovation projects. Also with AgroBank Tech Digital Innovation, the largest innovation and digitalization community in the Spanish agri-food sector.
In all projects I help my clients to scale and integrate new technologies into their operations and business. In addition, I have been a mentor in several programs and masters related to entrepreneurship and innovation.
