The protection of privacy and compliance with the regulations on personal data protection are a priority for VIVID VISION, S.L. (hereinafter, “Vivid Vision“). Through this Policy, Vivid Vision informs you in a transparent manner about the processing of personal data that may be collected when you browse the website https://vividvision.vc (hereinafter, the “Website“), as well as the legal conditions governing its use.
By accessing and using the Website, you become a user. By accessing, you expressly and unreservedly accept the contents of this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its contents, please refrain from using the Website.

The Web Site is strictly informative and is intended to publicize the activity, philosophy and projects of Vivid Vision, a company that acts as a venture studio and collaboration platform with technology startups.
Access to the Web Site does not require user registration, nor does it imply the creation of accounts, the making of payments or the direct contracting of services. The only means of communication enabled is the contact form or e-mail address provided, through which you can make inquiries or requests for information.
4. Personal data processed and how it was obtained
Vivid Vision does not collect personal information from users without their knowledge. The only personal information that is processed is that which you voluntarily provide when submitting an inquiry or communication through the contact form or via e-mail.
In this case, the following data will be collected: name and surname, e-mail address and content of the message or request. In certain cases, professional or company data may be added if you include them in your message on a voluntary basis.

In the event that, for technical reasons, it is necessary to use a provider located in a non-EEA country, Vivid Vision will ensure that the processing is carried out under an equivalent level of protection, in accordance with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid mechanisms.
8. Rights of interested persons
You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification when it is inaccurate or incomplete, request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary or when you withdraw your consent, request the limitation of the processing, oppose the processing in certain circumstances and request the portability of the data in the cases legally foreseen.
